Monique Lhuillier's Spring 2023 Bridal Collection embraces La Dolce Vita. Inspired by the romance of Sicily, this season is an exuberance of volume, texture and color. A joyous take on heritage silhouettes, pushing prints even further, color palettes are saturated and bold! Exaggerated embroideries in multiple colorways add dimension, romance, and whimsy while sculpted corsetry and tailored jackets offer timeless elegance. A wool suit, topped with a colorfully embroidered elbow length veil, evokes a modern Apollonia. Exposed shoulders and shorter hemlines inspire the fashion-forward bride. High-low hems showcase the statement shoe of the season - a delicate strappy sandal with playful ostrich feathers. Dramatic capes and Watteau trains complete each look, while long opera length gloves are the quintessential finishing touch.
